What comes back
Priced on profit the way these deals actually are, with the turnover multiple standing beside it as a check.
EBITDA margin and revenue per employee next to the sector's, from published Dutch market figures.
The profit the sector average says is missing, at the multiple that sector trades on. Arithmetic you can redo on paper.
Under a 3% margin the profit multiple is dropped, and a bracket more than twelve times wide is not shown at all.
Find the company by name or KvK number; nothing is written to the universe from the lookup.
The multiples and sector tables behind this are the ones the screening and diligence work runs on.
Dutch multiples on Dutch companies.
UK companies publish their accounts, so we read them. Dutch companies do not: annual accounts sit behind the KvK and are paid for, so the figures have to come from whoever runs the business. That inversion makes the Dutch answer the stronger of the two — the multiples we hold are from the Dutch mid-market rather than borrowed across a border, and an owner knows their own profit, which a small UK filing never carries.
